All of Us collects anthropomorphic data (ex. Height, Weight etc.) from a variety of different sources, including program physical measurements and data from Electronic Medical Records (EHR). The goal of this project is to compare the distribution of participant heights collected via program physical measurements to that collected from electronic medical records.

Project Purpose(s)

  • Methods Development
  • Other Purpose (This data will be used for demonstration and training purposes)

Scientific Approaches

We plan to subset the data by selecting All of Us participants who have contributed height data via both physical measurements and Electronic Medical Records (EHR). We will then create a dataset containing demographic and height data, conduct basic cohort characterization, and plot a comparison of height from both sources.

Anticipated Findings

We anticipate that height data from both sources will have similar distributions.

Demographic Categories of Interest

This study will not center on underrepresented populations.

Demo of Older Population in AoU

This will be a demo to showcase the large dataset we have containing people 50+ in AoU. This will answer no question.

Scientific Questions Being Studied

This will be a demo to showcase the large dataset we have containing people 50+ in AoU. This will answer no question.

Project Purpose(s)

  • Other Purpose (Data will be used as a demo of the older population in AoU. This will be presented at the National Council On Aging conference; along side Fifty Forward and NHCOA.)

Scientific Approaches

The datasets used will be everyone that is 50+ and is apart of the AoU program. This will just be a basic demonstration of the data.

Anticipated Findings

There are no findings, however the hope for this demonstration is to showcase the power of the researcher workbench.
